The following clauses of sale (hereinafter, ASC), as well as the section of “privacy policies and legal conditions” adhere to the website http://www.pilehats.com (hereinafter, “Carranza Hats online”) who offers handmade products of the brand DOMINGO CARRANZA for sale (hereinafter, product or article) available for worldwide shipping. By placing an order through Carranza Hats online, implies the inexorable and full acceptance of these ASC by the customer who carries out the purchase (hereinafter customer, user or consumer). The ASC can be changed at any time, therefore, the applicable ASC are those that are in Carranza Hats online at the time the user places the order.
The price of the products is indicated in Carranza Hats online when the order is placed.
The customer must know that prices are prone to change. The user will pay the price indicated at the time he places the order. However, if the customer decides to place a new order for the same item its price is prone to be different from the one paid in his last order. Exclusion of warranty
If the products returned by the customer do not correspond with the products delivered in the order and their origin was other than Carranza Hats online, IBERUS LLC will not be obliged to fulfill the obligations described in the ASC.
Law and jurisdiction
This ASC shall be governed by Spanish legislation, or in some cases foreign law if the situation calls for it.
In the specific case of a dispute related to Carranza Hats online, an amicable solution will always be sought in the first place. If no agreement can be reached, the customer may contact the relevant consumer centers.
Return Policy and Return Form
Each hat is made to measure, handcrafted. We carry out an exhaustive elaboration to deliver to the client a hat exactly to the one of his request, under highest quality standards.
If you wish to return or exchange a hat, you must send an email to [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the hat. In other words, three days.
Return by size: If you have followed the instructions rigorously to measure your head, there is a very high chance that the hat will be made to the correct size. Guessing is not a good option, measuring a hat you have does not give us a correct data, use a thread and then measure it are not adequate methods to obtain the size.
Therefore, re-adjusting your hat is not an easy process, since the ribbon and tafilete must be removed, and then the hat must be re-locked for the purpose of changing its size. With this in mind, the price of the size change is 100 USD.

Custom hats made to customer specifications other than those that are manufactured and normally sold, cannot be returned.
When the hat is again in the central logistics office will carry out all formalities related to changes or refunds of money.
IBERUS LLC offers the customer the possibility to cancel the order, without any reason, for a period of 3 calendar days, which start from the receipt of the product or products ordered, being as reference point the date indicated on the receipt of the carrier signed by the user. However, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, IBERUS LLC will not be able to accept the return of all products, therefore, sealed products will not be received if the products have been unsealed by the customer.
If the product or its packaging suffers damage while in the possession of the carrier IBERUS LLC and its brand DOMINGO CARRANZA, assume responsibility for delivering a new product of the same specifications to the customer and reserves the right to claim the insurance of the carrier as long as the damaged item returns to the place of origin with the consequent claim in the presence of the carrier who delivers the damaged product. Hats returned for refund or exchange must be in the same condition as when delivered (unless there has been some damage by the carrier). They must be returned in the original packing boxes and must be repacked exactly as it was sent.
Exchanges are subject to availability and may be pending delivery. Discounted items cannot be returned.
The customer may return the product to IBERUS LLC without any reason, in accordance with the reasons set forth in the ASC, benefiting from a legal withdrawal and contractual withdrawal. This must be done within 3 days of receipt and will have a return fee of $200. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

To return your product you have to use the same courier DHL and the same service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
