The Diamond style Montecristi hat is characterized by its crown marked by the four points, consequently it is a crown with great character and personality. Approximately 9.5 centimeters high with a rounded top, facing forward and aligned with the user’s nose. Moreover, this design, inspired by the hats worn in the mid-20th century in Chicago, transmits a classic but renewed air. With its brim drooping in front and slightly curved in the back, it marks a strong and commanding profile. Entirely hand-woven, I designed this hat crown for a very special hat, the hat that Maestro Joaquín Sabina wears wonderfully.
